50ml Stoli Salted Karamel Vodka
Splash of grapefruit juice
Optional salt rim
Grapefruit garnish

To make the salt rim, brush some egg white onto the rim of a glass and dip in salt. Add a handful of ice to a tall highball glass and pour over Stoli Salted Karamel and grapefruit juice and stir. Garnish with a grapefruit segment.

25ml Stoli Salted Karamel
25ml apple juice
Fresh apple
Caramel sauce
Rock salt

Pour Stoli Salted Karamel and apple juice into a cocktail shaker, mix together and strain into a chilled martini glass. Dip a slice of apple into the caramel sauce, press onto the rim of the glass to garnish and sprinkle with a few grains of rock salt

THE EMBELLISHMENT

Mix up a classic apple cider with this salted caramel twist

50ml Stoli Salted Karamel
25ml apple cider
5ml fresh lemon juice
15ml agave nectar
Fresh lime garnish
Optional sugar rim

Run a piece of lime around the rim of a tumbler and dip into brown sugar to make the rim. Fill with with ice. In a mixing jug, add the vodka, apple cider, lemon juice and nectar and stir. Pour into the glass and add the lime slice to garnish
