Real lychee juice is combined with a neutral base spirit to produce a delicate pink colour, with light floral notes and a well balanced mouth feel.
Taking it’s name from the consort of Emperor Ming of the Tang dynasty, she was well known for a love of the lychee fruit.
Fantastic neat, with simple sparkling serves as well as an excellent cocktail ingredient.
Floral and sweet on the nose, rose petal and Turkish delight with a fresh balance of sweet lychee fruit on the palate with a light lemon freshness to finish.
